At Warlord Games, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tactical gear and apparel. If your purchase isn't battle-ready, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
